Time travel

Looper (2012): how to ruin time-travel

Lets get one thing straight. The movie keeps you interested and excited with a well written script. However, I have to admit that subjectively I can neither forget nor forgive the way the movie treats time-travel as a concept.

Primer (2004):an engineer’s perspective

You probably have seen other time-travel movies before. If you have not, you should. Anyway, this is another time-travel movie.

Twelve Monkeys (1995):drugs or time-travel?

What a creepy soundtrack. Bringing chills to the spine even before the movie even starts. It is like unveiling an evil piece of art.

The Butterfly Effect (2004): rewind time

Chaos theory. Perfect. We who live in the 21st century are experts in chaos.

Predestination (2014): AKA asexual reproduction

Last things first and a big spoiler. In Predestination it is missing the third act of the movie. There is also the biggest storytelling prologue ever.

Source code (2008): v5.23.427

You have to deal with it. The movie gives you nothing. Nothing at all.
